So… how do I lose the fat on my stomach, fight the flab, lose my love handles, lose 20lb in 2 months, tighten my abs, tone my bum, get skinnier thighs, etc, etc.
All without the aid of diet pills, supplements, exercise?
You know I’ve tried so many weight programmes/systems that just haven’t cut the mustard over the years and you know what, I would lose a bit and then of course I would put it all back on again. If you’re reading this article you’ll know what I’m talking about.
I’ve tried weight watchers (counting points), Sure Slim (starving yourself for five hours after every tiny meal, and no coffee with milk allowed! Still don’t know how I stayed on that one for five months), Jenny Craig (blew my budget) and I tried doing it all on my own of course, you know eat healthy, try to exercise more, but none, alas, made me into the skinny women I wanted to be.
But there is a point to my article, and that is that I finally found something that works, for me anyway. Who would have thought that I would find the key to my success on the internet. I found this one night just browsing on google, I can’t even remember what the ad said, something like lose body fat forever, and I was like oh yeah, probably seem it before, done it already, you just want my money, I’m a real skeptic.
